Ordering a custom belt shouldn’t feel like a leap of faith, so we keep the whole process visible from the first message to the final delivery. You send us your idea – a logo, a title name, reference photos, anything that captures what you’re picturing – and our artists turn it into a digital mockup within days. Nothing goes into production until you’ve approved the artwork and we’ve agreed on the details, so there are no surprises when the belt arrives. Here’s exactly how it works, step by step:

Every order – custom or bulk – follows the same transparent process: a 50% deposit secures your production slot, and the remaining balance is due only after you’ve approved the design and seen photos of your finished belt. Standard production takes 8 to 15 working days, with delivery adding another 4 to 6 working days depending on your location, and we coordinate every step directly with you over WhatsApp so you always know where your order stands. Bulk and tournament orders start at a minimum of five belts, with the same craftsmanship and communication you’d get ordering just one belt.
